METHOD OF TREATING OBESITY WITH BIODISC.

 Most important - Charge 20 times bio water and then SPRAY on your eyes.

·                     LED light treatment – With LED torch along with biodisc, which rotates anticlockwise, give light treatment to back of Head. Give this light treatment for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. This light treatment has to be given for10 days continuously, then rest for ten days and again continuously for remaining ten days (10-10-10).

BEFORE YOU HAVE YOUR MEAL …..

Drink 6 times charged water say ¾ ltr – make it into 5 glasses. Drink 2 glasses just before you start your meal, one glass of water during your meal and remaining two glasses just after your meal (2 – 1 – 2 ) without fail continuously .You can reduce 4 to 5 kgs per month if followed strictly. Normally it is advised not to drink water just before any meal. But this dead, unstructured chlorinated water if drunk, you feel heaviness and stomach fullness as this water remains in stomach for 4 to 5 minutes and then gets absorbed. The 6 times or 20 times charged bio disc water which is structured water gets absorbed within 20 to 40 sec and you don’t feel the heaviness. It helps in better digestion.

IF YOU WANT TO GET FAT drink 2 glasses of this water 30 minutes before the meal and then have your meal. After the meal you can have 1 to 2 glasses of this water as you do normally.
